I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions. Instead, I believe in creating systems, testing different schedules, routines and keeping things simple and consistent. At the same time, I like to remind myself what makes me happy and whatnot.
- Spend as much time as possible with hubby and puppy.
- Keep it simple.
- Keep it consistent.
- If can’t keep it simple and consistent, drop it.
- Play more than work.
- Make myself better by looking at my strength and weakness.
- Never make myself feel better by making other people feel worst.
- Don’t feed into negativity and other people’s drama.
- Eat well and simple (mostly plants).
- Fast often.
- Take cold showers.
- Keep waist thin and the wallet fat by skipping random trips to WholeFoods.
- Continue building a super strong body.
- Move as much as possible.
- Practice mindfulness daily.
- Spend as much time as possible in nature.
- Dream often.
- Write daily.
- Read fiction.
- Watch fun movies.
- Never stop learning and asking questions.
- Splurge on massages and facials.
- Fuck the health insurance (fast, take vitamins and spa instead).
- It is easier to forgive than to hold a grudge.
