My name is Anna Sheinman, and I am a yoga and pilates instructor, and a SOFLY™ wellness coach. I am so glad you are here, and I am looking forward to getting to know you.
My healing journey and transformation inspired me to create the SOFLY™ method to help others reach the depths of their wellness exploring yoga, pilates, and the outdoors, while creating healthier and happier lives.
Your well-being is of the utmost importance to me. I love teaching the SOFLY™ method, mixing Eastern and Western wisdom to make it fun, cool, and accessible.
Whether you work with me online, venturing on an outdoor therapy retreat, or practicing in a group or private classes, it is my mission to help you be your best possible self and live your life to your fullest potential.
