SOFLYSOFLY is a method; a way to live and love; to bring out the best in us; to live our lives from our truest & deepest core.

Out of twenty years of studying, experimenting, practicing, and helping others, the SOFLY method was born. The SOFLY mission is to help you find the courage to cultivate the discipline to live your life according to your innermost self – so you can live a life beyond your wildest dreams.

Start before you are ready. The SOFLY Method consists of 5 pillars of Wellness. Of course, you can start with any pillar. By in large, all the pillars are intertwined. SOFLY recommends starting with your mindset. 90% of your success is in your intention and commitment; a clear mind is key. A chair or a quiet place is all you will need to start practicing the SOFLY Method. You will be amazed by how a quick five-minute session could change your day. Not to mention, you can start the SOFLY method absolutely free! As you progress, you can consider investing in some cool tools. However, we encourage you to invest slowly and wisely.

Five Pillars of the SOFLY Method


1) Yoga

Yoga is a game of attention. As you cultivate attention, you become more present. The noise in your mind fades away. In this practice, we can find our true nature. The SOFLY Method is rooted in Krishnamacharya’s yoga tradition.

Our founder and many teachers studied personally under Chase Bossart, a long-time TKV Desikachar, the student and son of T. Krishnamacharya.

2) SOFLY Living

SOFLY living is a guide to help you cultivate good habits. Habits build character; the character creates destiny, and destiny is unbound. Each point in SOFLY living is a practice, meaning something your conscious acts on.

3) Nourish

SOFLY is plant-based because it is optimal for the SOFLY team and the people who we help. That being said, SOFLY is non-judgemental. We don’t care what’s on your plate. We take politics, environmentalism, veganism, and all other “isms” off our plates. We encourage you to learn how to cook simple meals and practice mindfully eating. SOFLY also loves fasting. 4) Move

Movement can be considered the dedicated time that you spend exercising in your home or public gym. Yet, if you go for an hour to the gym and sit for the rest of your day, your lifestyle is considered sedentary. So, you need to incorporate movement throughout the day.

5) Hiking Nature Therapy / Outdoor
